2. Custom Products and Orders

All products at Print Hub are made to order and custom printed after order confirmation. Customers are fully responsible for uploaded designs, spelling of custom text, selected sizes, and chosen colors. We are not responsible for customer submission errors. Print quality depends on the resolution of uploaded images. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failure, or inappropriate content.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept debit cards, credit cards, digital payments, and Cash on Delivery where available. Online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. Print Hub does not store full card details. In the case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct the price before processing the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Custom orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on location. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Tracking details are provided once the order is dispatched. Print Hub is not responsible for courier delays caused by external circumstances.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must notify us within 48 hours with clear photos. After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund. Orders can only be canceled before production begins.

6. Intellectual Property

By uploading any logo, design, or text, you confirm that you have the legal right to use that content. Print Hub is not responsible for copyright violations resulting from customer submissions. We reserve the right to refuse designs that contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is used solely to process and deliver your order. We do not sell or share your information except as necessary to complete your purchase, such as with courier or payment providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Print Hub is not liable for customer mistakes in design, size selection, or color choice. Minor color variations may occur due to screen differences. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

9. Changes to Terms

Print Hub reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
