At Print Hub, we specialize in custom print-on-demand products. Because each item is made specifically for you, our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting both our customers and our production process.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Since all products are custom printed, production usually starts shortly after order confirmation.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately after placing it. Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible.

Print Hub reserves the right to cancel any order due to payment failure, design issues, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Custom-Made Products

All products are custom-made according to the design, size, and color selected by the customer. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before confirming the purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product has a major printing defect caused by us

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Spelling or design errors submitted by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences
  • Change of mind after production

4. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another agreed method.

6. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement products will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.
